I have “stumbled” across $40k (settlement from a car accident) what to do with it?

hey gang, i’m 22 and my financial literacy is in the gutter.
My plan for the $40k is to spend $10k or less on reliable transportation, pocket $2k for general emergency savings, then after put the rest into a money market account where it can gain interest
