I started working when I was 16 so I could put clothes on my back and work on building a college fund. I slowly built up a savings and then slowly learned about stocks and how to invest the right way. There really is no secret. The secret is just doing it. It’s contributing every month to your investment portfolio. Now, I totally understand that having any money left over at the end of the month is a blessing. I’ve been there.. I’ve wondered where my next meal was going to come from or whose couch I could sleep on because there was constant chaos in my home. Every day I was fighting to escape the reality in which I lived. I was able to do that by going to college, getting internships, building experience, applying myself, showing up for every opportunity. Always invest in yourself. The learning never stops. Peace and love to all - I wish everyone well on their journey to success, whatever that may look like :)
