Can i take my online exam from abroad

I have a semester final next month. My class ends 5days before that. I was thinking about going back home and taking the exam from there since its an online assessment. I mailed the student admin to make sure this is absolutely online and they assured me that it is. To further reassure, i talked to the student hub and they told me that since this is online, i can take the exam anywhere but i have to be in Australia. I really want to go home tho so posting here to know if there would be any issues if i took the exam back home
