Regions connection not working

Whenever I attempt to update my regions mortgage, I get locked out of my regions account. I then have to go through a password reset process to enable the account. I tried updating my regions data in monarch and it locked me out again. Looking at my emails, I can see that monarch is triggering one time passcodes via the regions connector, but the monarch UI is not prompting me for the OTPs. It appears monarch is ignoring them and triggering multiple requests in rapid succession which is what's causing regions to lock me out.

Can Monarch please address this issue?
