I know Monarch is getting slammed with tickets and such so figure I would start with the community.
My banks are already connected through Monarch and working fine. However, my wife and I decided to open joint accounts. It is the with the same bank (Ally). The accounts have been opened and money put into them however, they’re not showing up on Monarch after several days, though my old accounts are with no issues. I have refreshed it several time
any obvious tips or tricks are missing? Thanks
