Linking transaction to a goal --- budgeting

Post Body

Objective....

1) Keep track of monthly contributions to goals

2) Keep track of overall goal progress

3) Keep track of my overall net income / savings rate (i.e. 10K goes in, I spend 8K, and 2K toward goals = 20% savings rate, or a 2K net income)

Came over from mint. I set up some goals in Monarch. I have a checking account, and a brokerage account I have assigned as a goal account. I transfer $1000 from checking to the brokerage account as a goal - and also set up a budget for December with a targeting goal amount of $3000.

How do I keep track of 1,2 and 3 above??? Help/FAQ suggests that I can go and edit the transaction and select a goal. But under "goals" it just has a drop down with "no goals". This is true for the debit transaction in the checking account and the credit transaction in the brokerage account.
