So I’m 25 and a new mom, I learned that when another mom my age holds my child I get… mad.
So there is nothing inherently wrong with the person that help my child, personally she’s a very good mother. There was just something about a mother my age holding my child that made my fight or flight responses really go off. And I was ready to fight. I don’t know why but my instincts just did not like her holding my child.
She’s my sister-in-law and she’s… too much like me, idk… she was competition, I felt her judging me as a mother.
Anyway. This was just a weird new thing I learned about myself, just curious if others had similar feelings or if I’m just a weirdo.
