Irritation with firstborn
Post Body

I had my second baby 5 days ago and ever since I got home I have no tolerance for my 3 year olds antics. I find myself snapping at him constantly except for rare moments where everything is mostly fine.

I miss spending time with him but I just cannot deal with the threenager meltdowns and back talking. Constantly running around and yelling. Not understanding to be gentle around the baby. My husband and I have kinda split up childcare tasks to where he mostly deals with the 3 yr old and Iโ€™m dealing with the newborn since Iโ€™m pumping which has helped but mealtimes have always been a struggle and now I feel like itโ€™s just a knock down drag out fight every single day.

Is this something that will go away once my hormones settle down or am I just fucked?
