I’ve been doing all the things I should be for round ligament pain I have a belly band support I take warm baths with epsom salts I stretch I massage myself and my partner does too I use heating pads I have massaging ball thing to roll across my back. I feel like I’m doing everything I could do to help with pain management. But nothing I’m doing is touching a specific area of pain I’m feeling and I don’t know what it’s called so I don’t know how to look up help for that.
Since about month 4 of this pregnancy I’ve had a constant pain more on the inside of my thighs in my upper crotch area. After an especially long day I can’t hardly take a step. Moving around feels awful and it’s always present I go to bed with this pain I wake up with this pain but every time I try and tell someone about this pain they just brush me off and say it’s round ligament but I’ve looked up the areas affected by round ligament pain and they just don’t match up.
I’m at my wits end with this I’m so tired of my every waking moment being in pain my fiancé will help massage the area and it helps a little and it’ll go away for a little bit or I’ll fall asleep while it’s gone but when I wake up it’s right back to freaking hurting. To most accurately describe the location of the pain it’s on my inside of my thighs at the very top beside my lady bits and it goes down my thigh 2-3 inches and it never ever goes away
