I’m now almost 19 weeks pregnant and I’ve already visited the E.R once due to thinking I was leaking amniotic fluids turned out to be incontinence with my bladder, now that I’m feeling baby move around I’ve started to notice when he tends to be more on the active side of things and I know it’s not quite time to be focusing on activity yet since baby is still on the small side but I have a hard time not and so tonight when I laid down and would normally feel a flip and kick and didn’t I started to get anxiety over it and the only reason I did head back to the E.R was because I had read several different webpages and it quelled my anxiety just a little. And I was wondering if there’s anyway to keep track of baby and making sure baby is okay and still alive or any way to ease my anxiety cause I feel like my anxiety is eating me alive and I’m not gonna survive until I’m holding baby in my arms and even then I know that comes with its own anxiety but I feel so helpless right now
I’ve been looking into fetal Dopplers did you end up getting the ones where it’s like what they have at the Drs? Or was it the stethoscope type ones specifically made for fetal heart monitoring. Cause I’m not sure what to get the stethoscopes are cheaper then the electric monitors and I’ve read reviews on both and both say it’s hard to figure out baby’s heart beat from your own and from bowl movements and I’m just not sure what to spend my money on
