How are you dealing with the economic uncertainty especially with your job security? My firm just laid off a lot of people and it’s just exhausting trying to apply for jobs juggling two young ones.

Just want to hear how you are coping. I’m in Tech as a product manager and the job hit rate is much lower than before. I used to have recruiters reach out to me and now it’s crickets.
