Other than therapists, who do you usually talk to just to get things off your chest about your experiences? Sometimes I feel like the things I say in therapy borderlines inappropriateness and yet itโs also not something I can just drop on anyone at a bar, on the plane and such.
Sometimes I think the complexity of each situation makes it hard to share with those who might understand. Itโs not like we have identifying badges labeling who we are. Do you keep a diary? Talk to yourself? I am losing my mind.
