Can you use your trauma like therapy?
Post Body

I made a post earlier about me missing my abuser and that I needed advice and guidance.

I got some really good advice from some ppl, but one of them kinda surprised me.

One of the pieces of advice was from someone, who told me that it's a fairly normal practice among many survivors to use a form of therapy where you recreate your abuse with someone that you trust. So sexualize it, and that it is therapeutic and helps you gain ownership

Is that really a thing? Have anyone done that? Who wanna share their experience.
