Been on and off this sub, there are some amazing people who have overcome a lot and some that still in the thick of it. (My heart goes out to you all)

For me I feel like it’s a wave of hypersexuality, shame, guilt, and wanting to do better. I do believe I am getting better with the cycle and I’ve made some real progress with being the best version of myself but the thoughts and memories are always there.

The past happened, my innocence was taken away when I was boy. I doesn’t define me as an adult but some days are harder than other days.
