I need some help please, what can I do to fix this?

I found this in a built in cupboard in my bathroom. This part has access to the bathtub and pipes. This is the actual wall and this section was blocked with cat litter storage and I didn’t see this until today. I fixed a leak in the past and I haven’t seen the water come back but I found this today. I don’t have money but I think this is beyond DIY
