So I purchased two tennis bracelets one from knobspin and one from Koulolits along with some stud earrings I was going to give for Xmas presents it was all bundled together into one package. on the 18 of September and it shipped on 22 of said month then it was out of china on the 28. So it says it has arrived at my local post office here in Tucson on the 4th. And the post office says they have not received any thing the tracking for it says it’s still in Compton ca with a shipping partner i have submitted an inquiry with USPS and a week later a lost package thing. I have reached out to both knobspin and Koulolits and they keep telling me to wait. When the expected delivery will be tomorrow abd I’m absolutely positive that I won’t receive it. What next steps should I take.
