I’ve been working with Demi from Star Gems and sent her this photo as a reference for small hoops that I’m purchasing.

Here is the CAD she sent me.

It looks wrong but I don’t know how to describe the issues with her. I’m not sure what the setting that I want is called either. There seem to be prongs of some sort in the reference photo and none in the CAD. The 1.2 mm lab diamonds also look tiny, should increase to 1.5 mm?

Any input would be so appreciated! This is the first pair of earrings I’m ordering and I’m afraid I won’t love them because I’m unable to communicate what I want!
