I got 3 quotes. Tianyu was significantly more expensive. Provence was slightly more expensive that Kuololit but Jane's communication was so much better that I decided to go with her. Here is my experience with Jane from Provence who was absolutely lovely...

(I wanted hearts and arrow and Jane said "all rounds are hearts and arrow" I was a little disappointed with this but it seemed like a cut they don't offer. After getting the ring I am super happy w the stone and it sparkles like crazy. PSV is in my post history and will show this better)

Rep Communication - 10/10

I can't stress enough how easy it was to communicate with Jane. I had quite a few changes between CADs and she took the time wanting to go through each thing one by one making sure she understood what I was looking for even w the language barrier.

Process -

First contact June 26th

1st CAD July 3rd - request changes

Stone check July 5th she sent me DEF and GH the def looked amazing in video but I went with GH based on reading here and seeing it matches yellow gold.

July 10 - 2nd cad request changes and got 3rd cad same day that I approved

July 20 - got the PSV and approved for shipping.

July 27 - it arrived

CAD Price - price for both was 600 shipped including shipping. Will post CAD below.

Was so cool do design everything from start to finish and it all only took a month. Gold color is beautiful and stones are so nice. The price seems is such a steal for such wonderful product and service. I am pretty frugal so for me to say that is a big deal.
