Just got my CAD from Jane. 10k yellow - Size 8. Cathedral tulip 8.5mm solitaire H&A plus a 3/4 eternity band. I will be getting rid of the design on the E-ring band. Couple questions before I approve. Any other input if you see is greatly appreciated.

I know ppl worry about stine being set too high. This shows 8mm...is that a good height?
What is the 10.5mm measurement?
Does it look like band and ring will sit flush?
2.2mm thick.. will that be comfortable on finger?
Anything else you see could be improved?
