Squad coms going out?

Has anyone else run into an issue where tour squad can no longer hear each other, things don’t count for your daily challenges or missions and you don’t get any XP once the match is over? We would start the game with working communication and then it would just be gone. We ran into it five times before we gave up because we were completing contacts for daily challenges and getting zero XP for the entire match.
