More skins for less popular operators

I seriously forget some operators are in the game because of how exclusive their skins are. Graves, Alejandro, Laswell, Warden and maybe more. I would love to play as Graves or Alejandro especially because afaik he's the only other male operator who speaks Spanish during combat like Valeria. PLEASE SHG every operator is special which their own set of dialog and quips and I enjoy this aspect especially MW19 omg.
