Ok, we get it, first few call of duties didn’t have crazy b-hoops and slide-cancels and we were not able to jump like bailarinas and we all enjoyed them.
But, are you saying that Call of Duty Advance Warfare is not an OG tittle? When was the last time you played it? That’s the call of duty many people I know played the most, me for example, that was one of the cod I played the most & I know a lot of people who played the heck of of that game.
MW 2019 has a lot of Advance Warfare’s OGs who actually enjoyed the crossover, call of duty but spicy, more mechanical, but when mastered you can shit over full squads, that’s called Skill Gap, plus, games get popular, this is not the early 2000s, we have faster computers every time, more frames in consoles, more people into games and more money into the gaming scene which means is more motivation for people to get good at games.
& not having practical movement kills the skill gap, 4 campers in a building with this extremely strong claymores and a shield are hard to push. Plus you also have more k&m players now, for us movement is the only way to outmaneuver good controller players, a good user of a joystick with aim assist and 144hz plus all the new settings fps games have now days and third party apps can hit a shit tone more shots than a mouse hold under pressure, for a K&M player being able to move during a gun fight is essential, is way harder to hit a target that is bouncing and sliding around than a target that is crouching and jumping slow af or sliding but not being able to shoot, sliding could be a little bit more practical, they could add less sliding time, make it shorter, or the d-dive for example, less time to shot after a d-dive, is like they’re making changes for the sake of making them, but anyways I’m still enjoying the grind, that being said, Happy Thanksgiving Y’all!
