Anybody else get really bad Texture pop in?

Even in high end PC’s and my series x im
noticing pop in for anything that’s like 20-30 meters I front of you.
to test this go to any map and go to an object. (Car,sign,rocks etc) and go 30 metres away and start slowly walking towards them.
you will notice the textures start to pop in.
many ody else experienceing this? I really don’t feel like this should happen on a series X
