Just bought this after not playing newers cods for years, so what exactly is the 150gb install for..... if I still have to install MW2?

Like what actual files is that 150gb suppose to be for. I only bought it to play with my gf. I'm curious why do I still have a game to install?
It can't be the launcher itself. I have other games I want to play and don't want to constantly delete stuff. My gf also isnt that tech savy, so she isnt going to know how to manual download each thin
