It's been a while, but hopefully everyone remembers that league results are not a proportional indicator of the meta; they are simply a collection of decks that went 5-0 and differ by 20 cards.

We have 62 lists of Uro-free modern! The thing I'm most excited about is the whole collection of Death's Shadow decks, with four shard/wedge color combos and a 4c version (if any Shadow fanatics want to try to 5-0 with every Bxx color combination, that would make my year). Shadow is such a uniquely Modern deck, I'm always glad to see it get results. The thing I'm least excited about is the Omnath Bring to Light piles. We'll have to wait for challenge results to see how good they actually are, but I'm still pretty tired of multicolored goodstuff soup, so I hope they're not major players in the emerging metagame.

I also highlighted any Kaldheim cards (except a few pathways and a snow dual or two, because there's not much to talk about there), and it's mostly just Valki paired with Bring to Light, which lets you cast the seven-mana Tibalt side. Apart from that, aspiringspike brought Cosima for a spin in an interesting Temur list, and Elvish Warmaster and Realmwalker slotted right into Elves.
