Is there a deck here? (U/R draw combo)
Post Body

Hey there I've been looking at cards from the new set coming out and have some ideas of a deck that would be fun to make. There are so many ways to go about it that I'm not sure what direction I should take it in.

I was hoping I could discuss ideas and get opinions on some cards.

[[finale of promise]] [[Wheel of Fate]] - draw 7 for 2 mana and get a bonus instant

[[narset, partner of veils]] [[finale of promise]] [[Wheel of Fate]] - draw 7 and make your opp discard their hand

[[finale of promise]] [[ancestral visions]] - draw 3 for 2 mana and get a bonus instant

Any of these combos could be combined with [[electrodominance]] as well.

Obvious cantrips include [[thoughtscour]] and [[faithless looting]]. Faithless looting seems especially good here because we can discard any 0 cost bomb spells we draw late in the game.

Obvious creature suite includes [[thing in the ice]] and [[arclight phoenix]].

Or we could go another direction and utilize [[goblin electromancer]] and [[baral chief of compliance]]. With this set up we might go full storm mode that utilizes the discard draw 7 to fill the yard and hit with [[grapeshot]] [[empty the warrens]] etc.

Any thoughts on this type of combo? Any slam dunk cards I missed? Is the storm route or the phoenix route better, or am I missing an entirely separate strategy?

Thanks for the help.
