I cannot reach Tesla by phone. I need to update my loan approval. My Tesla app is giving me a VIN for my new model Y on dec 14th but the website isn't providing a VIN and seems to be very scarce on any relevant info.
Chat says no advisor are available. I tried to start a service call but the answer was to ask me if anything wrong with my current vehicule and that they couldn't possibly help me with any other questions - which seems fair.
Anyone has an idea? I am about to call my local service center for their input.
Can't wait for delivery, but I also want to make sure I'm leaving with my new Tesla!
Edit: I contacted the closest service center and everything was resleved in 30 min. Thanks all!
