Walk away lock not working

Hello all! On my 2023 Model Y Long Range, Walk Away Door Lock is not working no matter what I do! When I walk away, I notice the climate, and music both stay on.
I have tried closing all doors multiple times, done soft and hard reset and also re connecting phone key.
Any ideas?
