A poll of Green Party members shows former Health Minister BHjr132 with a healthy lead over the other candidates.
Preliminary polling shows BHjr123 winning the support of 56% of those polled, with AnswerMeNow1 and Purplewaves both polling at 22%.
The Greens use instant runoff voting to elect their leadership, and many assume Purplewaves supporters would preference AMN above BHjr, narrowing the race in the second round.
The three candidates present similar but differing visions for the party.
