Be it enacted by the Legislature of the Southern State

Act I: Dixie Film Office

a.) This act hereby creates the Dixie Film Office to help all filmmakers acquire the licensing and permitting needed to film legally.

b.) This office shall be under the wing of the Dixie Department of Labour Affairs.

c.) This office shall be funded by the general funding of the Dixie Department of Health and Labor

Act II: Tax Incentives

a.) If a company commits over 100 workers to a site of filmmaking for a period of more than or equal to 30 days, that company is eligible for a tax break of 5% of the total taxes that company owes the Southern State.

b.) If a company commits over 100 workers to a site of filmmaking for a period more than or equal to 30 days, every worker who is registered may receive a tax break of 100 US Dollars.

Act III: Enactment

a.) This bill shall go into effect 30 days after passage.
