First off, Bloody Chrome was elected deputy leader, he said this:

Thank You, being elected leader of the Kiwi Party again is a great honor.

It is clear that this country needs a fundamental change. We need better services, better funding and better progress throughout New Zealand. We need policy which can make New Zealand great, and the policy the Kiwi Party has to offer will make New Zealand great. I hope to help New Zealand, and being elected as Deputy Leader will help me change New Zealand for the better. Thank You!
