SOP.134-A - in the name of /u/gavingrotegut (Greens)

An amendment to scrap the new minimum sentencing provisions.

SOP.134-B - in the name of /u/imnofox (Greens)

An amendment to reduce the maximum sentence for injuring a first responder through recklessness, whilst keeping the same maximum sentence for injuring with intent.

SOP.134-C - in the name of /u/imnofox (Greens)

An amendment to rename the legislation to 'Tougher Sentencing for Injuring First Responders and Police Officers Act 2019'.
