Post Body

KiwiAnimations arrives in Hamilton and sets up a stage outside a local supermarkets, drawing in curious onlookers as well as the small group of ACT Party members who he has brought along to this event. KiwiAnimations is wearing a bright yellow ACT shirt to show that he is a working man rather than another suit wearing politician. KiwiAnimations starts to speak then

"Hello Hamilton it is a pleasure to be here today in this very historic community to talk to you today about the deficit by this Government. This Government has introduced a deficit of $6.2bn from our $8bn surplus which we delivered in our historical last term. With that amount of money, we would be in the clear to aim for a 25% debt-to-GDP threshold. The Government has the audacity to charge you an extra $28bn and then still come to you with a deficit and a 33% debt-to-GDP ratio. That's historic.

The ACT Government will not allow for this reality to come to pass and will work to tackle the deficit massively. We will lower taxes and pay for this and deficit reduction by cutting through the new waste created by this Government. The $4bn free University waste, the billions in handouts they've given from the COVID-19 Recovery Fund and a host of other initiatives will hopefully ensure we can return to surplus and common sense. Vote ACT this election for this brighter and noble future for us all!"
