Following a thorough and consistent vetting process, I am pleased to announce in my capacity as Minister of Health that the wiggles have been granted a border exemption for their upcoming tour of New Zealand in March and April. Thus the Wiggles and Key crew members will be granted entry into New Zealand given they fufill their obligations to quarantine for two weeks in an MIQ facility upon entry into New Zealand and follow all our Covid safety protocols while quarantining. This is an exciting time for our young ones especially, and I look forward to the return of a semblance of normalcy in a covid responsible manner. I continue to urge the public to follow good practice by utilizing the covid tracer app, and using hand Sanitizer as often as possible.
