Environmental Ratings for the 13th Congress

Based on votes (and very primarily on votes, so far), the Green Caucus will be assigning environmentally friendliness ratings. Due to the lack of environmental legislation (something which will be remedied next term), some of the ratings may be excessively skewed. In addition, some members who came to Congress late in the session are not included due to a lack of data.
