[ALPHA 1] Large Portal Mod

I'm in the the alpha stage of creating a portal mod for minecraft servers. I would have put this up ealier, but Bukkit updated their event system midway through me creating this. Please test it out and tell me what you think. If there are any issues, I'll try to answer them from this post.

Not any louder than a normal portal. Not that I've noticed or anything.
