JTV - Question about modifying thrown axes throw speed.

I've got a group playing JTV on a dedicated server and I'm trying to figure out how to turn down the rate of fire of the thrown axes as its extremely high and feels a bit out of balance. I have searched through the config files and the only one that mentioned them and speed did nothing when I modified.

I was hoping it was this..

"ThrowingAxeAnimationSpeedAdjust": 3,

But changing that to a high number makes you throw faster, but lower doesn't seem to affect much.

I'm trying to make it about 50% the current.

Any help would be appriciated.
