I'm looking for the best way to make oceans frighteningly deep

Barely 30 blocks deep is called a "deep ocean", that's 30 measly meters. Most real world lakes are deeper than that. I'm looking for a way to make oceans uncomfortably deep. Shooting for around 200 blocks deep, but the deeper the better, and gotta be at least after Upgrade Aquatic (1.13). Obviously there's ways of making sea level higher, but that drowns the land and a lot of generated structures break. Rather it'd be best if I could make the oceans deeper while maintaining at least most of the land. We've got all that new land under Y=0 to play with, and even some mods that go even further beyond. Surely there's some mod, data pack, or other generation system out there that just moves the minimum value of the seafloor.

Tried so far:

  • Deeper Oceans Mod, 90 blocks deep, close but conflicts with other worldgens
  • Higher World Deeper Oceans, 60 blocks deep, not great, breaks structures that generate at y=64 the default sea level
  • Terraforged, very custom and can up the sea level very nicely to 120 blocks deep, but turns all land to stone in the process (might be user error)
  • Terralith, makes oceans deeper by default down to 80 blocks deep, but only very rarely
  • Terra Worldgen (lot of terra named world mods huh), nonworking, crash on loading in

(Bonus: Would also like a mod or two that adds some valuable ores or stuff only accessible in the oceans so it's worthwhile to go down there)
