is Dino Supplies still in the game?

I ordered there around 1 year ago and I was very happy.
I heard on Reddit that they closed down. But there site is still up and you can place orders. Their e-mail adress also changed, but i'm not sure it means anything. Does anybody know if they actually closed down and dont ship out anymore?
