Hey there, i am new to the moda world, ill copy and paste my problem here because im sick of writing it out: I placed an order on modafinilxl.com and the initial shipment went fine, i was happy until i got the letter from customs.🥺😒🙄 So i reached out for a RESHIPPED package and within 4 days of exchanged emails back and forth he said "your order has been reshipped, you will get a tracking number within 72 hours." My problem is that it never came, 3 emails and 130 hours after getting that email they responded with: "we will look into your tracking number and get back to you." And now, that was a week ago, i have emailes 2 more times and crickets!?!?

Since i have no experience in this moda world i don't know if this is how it goes or am i getting played. I just cant imagine how long or hard it is to locate a tracking number (of an order they say already went back out) and copy and paste that info to me.

The company has many positive reviews so i dont understand wtf is happening!?!? Can someone who is familiar with getting packages RESHIPPED OUT to them from ModafinilXL dot com please help ?🥺😮‍💨🙏🏻
