I've been a modafinil user for a while now, mainly using for work. However, I recently started taking it before my gym workouts, and I've noticed a significant boost in my energy levels, motivation, and overall performance.
I've been doing this for a couple of months now, and it's helped me push through plateaus and get the most out of my workouts. I'm curious if there are others out there who also use modafinil for gym workouts or any other athletic activities. If so, I'd love to hear about your experiences!
Additionally, I'm wondering if anyone knows whether this is a good idea in the long run. I know modafinil is a powerful nootropic, and I'm slightly concerned about potential side effects or long-term consequences of using it in this way. Are there any experts or experienced users who can weigh in on this topic?
