So over the past month and a half or more at /r/adhd, we've been getting complaints from people about the things listed in the topic. It's gotten to the point that I opened up a sticky post asking others to give us more info if they're experiencing it as well, which you can find here. Seems to mostly be an issue with the iOS mobile app, because I've also heard that the issues stop happening when using the desktop site. With a significant number of our users using reddit primarily via one of the apps, we can probably expect a pretty high incidence rate.

Are these issues already known? And what can I tell our users to let them know that it's being addressed? Like this has caused people to think they've been banned and it's been very upsetting for some.
