Sticky function not available

I mod /r/meshuggah and use the web interface on desktop and mobile. I used to be able to mark posts as sticky, but now I can’t. What do?

Edit: When I switch temporarily to the “new” reddit UI, I can see the shield that has a mod popup menu. The “old” reddit just has some links, the last 2 of which are “spoiler” and “crosspost”. I’m pretty sure “sticky” used to be there as well.
Can anyone confirm that it’s possible to sticky posts using the old reddit UI?
