My account seems to have been banned last night, only to be seemingly restored shortly thereafter. I don't know what, if anything, I did to be banned; I got no explanation for why, nor a notice that I was restored, so I'm assuming at this point this was a glitch? If possible, I'd also really appreciate advice on how to avoid this in the future, as it's rather distressing to be banned without explanation from the only social media I actively use, and unable to maintain my communities for myself and others..
Anyway, the relevant question is that this ban resulted in several of my communities being banned for being unmoderated, and those were not restored when the ban was undone. Is there a way I can appeal these subreddit bans to get them all back? I'd rather not have to request my own communities one by one if possible, as (to my current knowledge; please correct if this is in error) I've lost them thru no fault of my own.
EDIT: Thanks for the links to the appeal forms, I've filled those out, and I guess now just waiting for a response.. Semi-unrelated, but my entire 6 years of post and comment history has been wiped too; guessing that's probably gone forever, but if anyone has any ideas there, would also appreciate it..

Thanks, I very much appreciate it. Is there anything I can do to avoid this in the future, or was it just a glitch?
And, bit off topic, but my entire account history seems to have been wiped too, which really sucks, I'd made some pretty helpful posts and comments over the years; is there any way these can all be restored?
