In-progress modmail response gets trashed/lost by page auto-refresh when account is unbanned
Post Body

(i posted this in /r/bugs a week ago but just got downvotes, not a response/acknowledgement)

Steps

  • open a modmail with a banned account

  • type up 3 paragraphs explaining their ban is cleared

  • switch to a new tab and clear their ban

  • return to the unfinished modmail and wait 5-30 seconds

results: the page refreshes and the unfinished sent message is completely lost

if someone unbans the account it shouldn't refresh the page on the user. ideally an unban should be a note that gets added to the modmail thread "xyz has been unbanned by abc" so that the page can show there is a new notification (to note the state change) instead of a full page refresh.
