Modmail search bug - can't find messages from a particular user

A user was banned and has been responding to their ban message, but if I search on their name it doesn't find.

If I search for their user name it doesn't find it: https://mod.reddit.com/mail/search?q=RieseRiese19
I thought it might be a bug with having the name end with two numbers, but this search works: https://mod.reddit.com/mail/search?q=goodboys42
