As most of the 591 subscribers to r/CommunityDialogue know, the subreddit has essentially been abandoned. It was a good start and showed some promise in its early stages, but it's now been dead in the water for 5 weeks without any signs of life from the admins supposedly running it.
5 weeks ago, u/redtaboo said they were working on a new post for the sub.
3 weeks ago, red updated us that the post was "pretty much done" and they were just delaying the post because of the upcoming long holiday weekend.
2 weeks ago, u/achievementunlockd delayed the post because of Spezgiving.
There's been no contact since. No admins have posted on the subreddit since that update, and I even tried messaging the mod-admins to see what was up and got no response. Even u/kethryvis has apparently stopped working on putting together the summaries and takeaways from the discussions, and all of the discussions have been locked down so we can't even add to them if we want to.
I would absolutely like to stay part of the conversation between mods and admins regarding best practices for both sides, and improvements for both sides, so I'm just trying to get a headstart on what the new version of r/CommunityDialogue will be and when it will start.
Thanks.
