Is something happening with muting being throttled?
I have a log in our modmail of a user being muted by one of the mods for 28 days. It sends the user a note that they're muted for 3 days. They send another harassing message 3 days later. A different mod mutes them for 28 days, the user gets a note that they've been muted for 7 days. Again 7 days later, they send an antagonistic message. I just muted them again for 28 days. This time they finally got a message saying they have been muted for 28 days.
Why give us the option to mute for 28 days if you won't actually let us without first muting for 3 and 7? That's silly.
