Every survey Reddit has sent me over the past 6 months has displayed only this Access Denied message.
Whatever filtering is being used on this vendor is set far too strict, and is blocking legitimate moderators from submitting any feedback. If you are relying on these results, you should be aware that they are heavily biased against the mods who cannot open them.

That's partly why I included a screenshot as well; for anyone who might be experiencing the same issue, that is what you'd see when you opened the survey. The other links are just to the survey invite messages.
