Dear admins;
On one of my subs, we have a ban evading user who has for the last several weeks been modmailing death threats because we removed an inappropriate post and banned them.
"I'm going to f****** kill you, you p**** a** m*****f****** b****..." has recently evolved in to much more elaborate threats. Lately we are getting modmails that threaten us that the user is going to get a group together and hunt us down.
When are we going to get modmail filtering and abuse protection tools? I can appreciate that it's not easy to catch one-off messages, but there have been dozens and dozens and dozens of these accounts with very nearly the same message, posting very nearly the same posts.
We have tools to catch and protect our communities from this kind of abuse. When do moderators get the same level of care?
Sincerely,
DrivesInCircles
